" Every so often a property comes to the market that is a truly rare find. Discovering a period semi-detached cottage with outstanding views, in a semi-rural location enjoying a plot of approximately 3 acres is that very find. If that is not enough, the property is being sold with outline consent for a large double storey extension and stable block.

Accommodation
The cottage started life as one of a pair of farm workers cottages and has subsequently broken away from the farm, now with land totalling approximately 3 acres. Whether it is horses, animals or the good life that you yearn for; you would be advised to view quickly. The cottage has undergone considerable refurbishment over the past few years to include new central heating and new upstairs bathroom. The accommodation consists of a cosy sitting room with big open fire, a good sized kitchen/dining room with separate breakfast room and cloakroom on ground floor.
