VIEWING: Via the Agent Green & Co on 01235 763563 DIRECTIONS: From Wantage Market Place take the A417 towards Faringdon and after about 7 miles turn left at the crossroads. Continue for about ½ mile and then turn left into Church Street. The property will be found after about ¼ mile on the left hand side adjacent to the Church.

TERMS: Available immediately for an initial 12 month let with a 6 month break clause, unfurnished but with white goods. NO PETS, SMOKERS, SHARERS OR BENEFIT CLAIMANTS. Tenants will be responsible for payment of electricity, gas, water service charges, council tax and telephone (including transfer/connection costs).
