" DESCRIPTION 3 Sawyers Close is a spacious four-bedroomed house, originally one of five similar properties, has been considerably extended to provide substantial family accommodation extending to 1855 sq.ft. across two floors. It occupies a private corner position within a peaceful leafy cul-de-sac on the edge of the village of Minety yet within easy walking distance to amenities.

The property comprises an entrance hall with cloakroom off through to a light and airy kitchen/breakfast room with fitted units and French doors to the garden. Three reception rooms offer flexible family accommodation with a dining room and a light, dual-aspect living room.
