" Requiring extensive redecoration and modernisation a spacious three bedroom detached family home located in a delightful cul de sac setting with an established lawned garden. The interior is arranged over two floors comprising a spacious sitting room opening to a dining room, kitchen and cloakroom. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Externally a lawned garden enjoys a delightful aspect with a driveway to the front approaching an attached single garage. We believe there is the potential to extend the current footprint, subject to the usual planning consents. No onward chain.

SITUATION The property stands in a cul de sac of similar style properties, enjoying far reaching rural views from the rear. Milbourne is a small village located approximately one mile from Malmesbury which is reputed to be the oldest borough in the country dating back to the 11th Century.
