" Located in a rural setting with unspoilt views over open countryside an attractive period cottage standing on a bold level plot with a broad frontage. The interior, which has been extended to the ground floor comprises a sitting room with open fireplace, a dining room, study and a spacious kitchen breakfast room with range cooker supplying the hot water and cental heating. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The large gardens extend to the front, side and rear of the cottage, with a driveway to the front approaching a detached garage and office/playroom. SITUATION The cottage is situated in a rural lane approached over a five bar gate. Grittenham is a small hamlet, located approximately a mile and a half south of Brinkworth, the longest village in England. Local facilities include a primary school, nursery, church and a public house famous for its good food.
