Situation and Description This detached bungalow is situated in a completely rural position away from main roads. The nearby National Trust village of Lacock provides local amenities including village stores, junior school, Churches and public houses. Chippenham is only a short distance away and has a wide range of shopping, leisure facilities and schools. It also provides a mainline railway station and access to the M4 motorway.

The 3 bedroom bungalow is situated towards the rear of the plot and was built in the late 1950s, it currently comprises good sized accommodation but is in need of modernisation and updating throughout. It has solid fuel heating via an Aga and some double glazing. The loft has been partially converted into a room with a window but a staircase would need to be erected to access this.

The bungalow is approached from the lane via long track/driveway through a copse of trees and leads around to the back of the bungalow where there is a Garage measuring 198x186 (6.00x5.64) with inspection pit and adjoining lean-to store and a Coal Store measuring 119x91 (3.58x2.77).

There is a lawned area to the front of the house with wild flower borders, otherwise the remainder of the land is predominantly woodland. The property adjoins farmland and from its boundary has views over the surrounding countryside towards Chippenham.
