" Well presented 1950s three bedroom semi detached property occupying a large plot with gardens to the front and rear pleasantly situated on the edge of the sought after National Trust village of Lacock. Both The Bell Inn public house and a livery yard for those with equestrian interests are within close proximity to the property. The accommodation comprises lounge with double fronted wood burner, dining room, kitchen, utility area and useful downstairs shower room. To the first floor are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property offers a tremendous amount of scope and has the potential for extension subject to the usual planning permissions being obtained. Directions From the new town bridge turn right on to Avenue la Fleche and at the Bridge Centre Junction turn left on to Rowden Hill. At the mini roundabout turn left on to Patterdown.
