" DESCRIPTION Churchfields is a substantial detached modern home set within a lovely, elevated position with southerly views over the village Church and backing onto fields. The property has direct access to pedestrian paths leading into the village centre and the surrounding countryside whilst the location also boasts excellent road networks to the M4, Bath and Bristol. The property has been extended and greatly improved over the years to create a large family sized home with some 2,408 sq.ft. of accommodation finished to a high modern standard. Upgrades to the property include a brand new highly eco-rated Heat Sadae electric central heating and hot water system, aluminium triple glazing on the front elevations and double glazing on the rear, alongside additional cavity wall insulation. Internally, the accommodation is presented to a beautiful standard to be move in ready.
