" A charming semi- detached cottage set at the heart of the village. Completely refurbished the accommodation consists of; three bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen/dining room, family bathroom, utility room and cloakroom. The property also has existing planning to extend.

HULLAVINGTON Situated ? of a mile off the A429 between Malmesbury and Chippenham with the M4 junction 17 3-4 miles away, for easy access to Bath, Bristol and Swindon. Hullavington has a parish church, a school, public house, a small garage and a shop. The Doomsday Book spelling of Hunlavintone indicates the settlement of Hunlaf, from the Saxon Hunlafington. THE PROPERTY You enter the property into a lovely light and airy kitchen/dining room. The room is a great size and benefits from dual aspect windows providing plenty of natural light.
