" A handsome and spacious semi detached home set in a pleasant corner position on the road. The property has been extended on the ground floor and offers flexibility of layout. There is some internal modernisation required and the property offers enormous scope to personalise to your own tastes. The gardens wrap around the property and there is parking available for 2 cars (1 on the driveway and 1 in the garage). The accommodation comprises dining area, sitting room, kitchen and sun room. Directions From the new town bridge turn right on to Avenue La Fleche and continue straight on across the Bridge Centre junction into Ivy Lane.
