" Foxstone House is an individually designed four bedroom home, built in the 1990's of local stone under a double roman tile roof. The house is situated at the end of a shared gravel driveway, within it's own plot, and has been built in a period style. The driveway provides ample parking, and leads to a double stone built garage. There is a large entrance porch which leads into the grand reception hall, flanked by the formal sitting room, with French doors opening out onto the garden and wood burning stove, on one side, and the farmhouse style kitchen/dining room on the other. The entrance hall also leads to both the formal dining room and the family snug, with its vaulted A framed timbers and wood burner.

The kitchen/dining room is well designed with a range cooker, integrated appliances and granite work tops and has a large utility room leading off, along with separate cloakroom room. From the large reception hall a central staircase leads up and splits giving access to different areas of the landing, which is designed in a square formation giving a light and spacious landing, with all bedrooms leading off. The master bedroom is spacious with a large en suite bathroom with roll top bath and shower. There are two further double bedrooms, with bedroom two also having its own en suite shower room. There is also a large single bedroom and a family bathroom.

To the rear and side of the property are landscaped gardens, with an area of lawn at the rear, and steps that lead up to another lawn area with a range of shrubs and trees.

Neston is a highly sought after village with a good range of local facilities which include an excellent primary school, the Neston Country Inn pub, Church, village hall, playing fields, pre-school and Neston Park organic Farm shop. The historic old county town of Corsham and the Georgian heritage city of Bath are both within a short drive away. "
