" This mature semi-detached chalet style house is a comfortable and lovely home, which is arranged over two floors. The accommodation, which has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, briefly comprises; entrance porch, reception hall with family bathroom leading off, sitting room with a fine fireplace, and dining room opening through into a modern fitted kitchen, with door leading out onto the patio area. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a generous single. The wonderfully large window in the sitting room and high ceilings in the bedrooms flood this house with light, and gives this lovely home a feeling of spaciousness. The delightful rear garden is arranged in three parts. There is a patio with steps which lead down to a potting area, which has been cleverly designed buy the current owners to keep those naughty birds out! The remainder of the garden is lawn, with a solar panel lit path which leads to a summerhouse with light and power. Being south facing, this is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or two! A last not but least, live โ€˜the good lifeโ€™, with a profusion of flowers, fruit trees, raised vegetable beds and a greehouse at the bottom of the garden!
