" Offered for sale with no onward chain this is an extended 1970's style two bedroom detached bungalow in the popular Brook Drive side of Corsham. With accommodation comprising of an entrance hallway, bathroom, living room, kitchen and two double bedrooms. The bungalow has gas central heating, double glazing, a single garage with a large driveway, front and rear gardens and is situated in a cul de sac location.

Directions From our Corsham office bear left onto Pickwick Road and right at the roundabout into Pound Pill. Continue over the next roundabout and take the second left into Brook Drive. Bear second right followed by first right and follow the road for about three hundred yards. The property can be found on your left hand side. Situation Corsham is a pretty and historic town of architectural significance located on the southern fringes of the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty and some 8 miles North East of the fine Georgian City of Bath. The town, noted for its fine High Street, has a wealth of beautiful and historic buildings dating from the 16th Century such as the Alms House and the historic Corsham Court with its landscaped open parkland.
