" Primrose cottage is an attractive newly converted stone built house situated in a stunning position with unparalleled views over the Bybrook Valley incorporating Middlehill and Box Tunnels and panoramic view towards Colerne.

The front door leads into the entrance porch and then into a central hallway with stairs rising to the first floor and doors to the lounge, kitchen and bedroom 4/study. The lounge has triple aspect windows, a fireplace with inset multi-fuel burning stove and double doors to the rear patio. The study/bedroom 4 has a side aspect double glazed window opening onto the rear patio. The kitchen has a front aspect window and a matching range of floor and wall mounted units, an inbuilt oven, hob and extractor fan and a twin bowl sink. From the kitchen a door leads to the conservatory with full height windows and double doors to a flat garden area, taking the views. Another door leads to a rear utility room with plumbing for a washing machine and tumble drier and onwards to a shower room with heated towel rail.
