" Enjoy pottering in the delightful south facing garden in this tucked away location with access to the c. 17 acre parkland, and only a short stroll from Corsham's picturesque town centre. This attractively designed home was built 17 years ago and accommodation briefly comprises; entrance porch, entrance hall, double aspect sitting room with open fire and French doors opening out onto the delightful garden and kitchen dining room. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom, one of which has an en suite. There is scope to extend the property (subject to local planning consent) from the garden side which would give a larger reception room. The garden to the rear is a great size and is wonderfully secluded with a large lawn and a fantastic range of shrubs, flowers and trees. Gated access leads to the front where manicured communal gardens are found along with access to Middlewick Lane and the allocated parking area and single garage.
The property is to be found in one of the most sought after residential locations in Corsham, with it's attractive High Street only a short walk away and an abundance of beautiful country walks on your doorstep, including a nature reserve and of course the parkland that surrounds it. All of Corsham's local amenities and shopping facilities are close by with good transport links to Bath, Chippenham and London. At the end of Middlewick Lane there is a bus stop whereby you can catch the National Express coach to London.
