" This well presented detached family house is located in a highly sought after cul-de-sac in Pickwick. With southerly rear aspect the well planned accommodation all flows well from the spacious entrance hall. With wood laminate flooring the turning stairs lead to the first floor bedrooms. To one corner is a cloakroom and ample storage cupboards. The sitting room is triple aspect with glazed doors to the garden and a central recessed fireplace with log storage to the sides. A pair of double doors open to the front facing dining room. Also to the rear is a study/family room with glazed doors to the conservatory/garden room with central heating.
