" A fine and imposing detached family home, situated in the most prestigious cul-de-sac in Corsham, is within 17 acres of parkland. No 12 enjoys a peaceful location in Academy Drive, with stunning and private gardens that back onto parkland. Built in the 1990’s this house has been improved internally by the current owners to create a modern, light and spacious home. Well presented, great care and attention has been taken, creating a house that shouldn’t be missed! Upon entering you are greeted by a large reception hall. Off the hall is the cloakroom, a wonderful sitting room with French doors leading out on the delightful garden, and a spacious study. Continuing on the ground floor is a utility room and a spectacular kitchen/conservatory, perfect for family living. The kitchen is modern and provides a range of wall and base units with granite work surfaces, and includes Neff integral appliances. The flooring is solid oak throughout, which adds a special touch.
