The ground floor has a lounge with Inglenook, study area, dining family room. family dining kitchen, spacious formal hall, utility boot room and a guest shower room. There are many period features and the Studio Lodge offers many possibilities. No Onward Chain.

INTRODUCTION This period home is placed in the Village of Goatacre which is a lovely Wiltshire Village with the must have Village Hall and Cricket Club. Royal Wootton Bassett is a few miles to the North and access to the M4 and the County Town of Calne is just a few miles to the South.
