This property has the lounge to the front of the property, with the spacious kitchen/diner to the rear with patio doors leading to the fully enclosed rear garden. In addition there is a cloakroom and storage cupboard to the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a good sized single room. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The family bathroom has an over bath shower. Externally the rear garden is fully enclosed and has rear pedestrian access, a single garage and parking.This property is offered unfurnished and is available early January 2015.Agency fees are payable upon applying for this property. A Deposit will also be payable in additional to the rental payment. Please contact our office for further information.ADMINISTRATION FEESIf you wish to apply for a tenancy on one of our properties, we will require an administration fee of ยฃ200 plus VAT for the first tenant and ยฃ30 plus VAT for each further tenant or guarantor. The fee is a one off fee which includes credit checking, referencing and all paperwork in relation to setting up the new tenancy.
