" This home is placed in a very nice location that offers country walks and parkland close by yet is a gentle walk to the facilities of Calne centre. The home is an end of terrace with a garage to the side and a private drive. The living room is spacious and opens onto a generous conservatory. There are two bedrooms with the main bedroom looking over the garden. The garden wraps around the home and gives good privacy. There is a separate fitted kitchen, bathroom, gas central heating and double glazing. A great bonus is that the home is available with no onward chain.

INTRODUCTION The home is positioned on the south side of Calne enabling access to the countryside from Wenhill Lane and the park land of Castlefields. The centre of town is a gentle walk away and you will pass the Heritage Centre and the River on your walk. The Heritage Quarter of Calne is closer featuring the Merchant Green, the quaint shops of St Mary's Courtyard and Church Street plus the Norman Church.
