" Set in the heart of the delightful village of Erlestoke, 1 Yew Tree Cottage is a charming characterful home close to open countryside, trees and woodlands. With off road parking for two, this Grade II listed cottage boasts a beautiful fireplace with inset wood burning stove, exposed ceiling timbers and stone wall to the sitting room. A re-fitted kitchen and stairs leading to the first floor are off here. A good sized double bedroom with feature fireplace and inset wood burner, a further bedroom/study is off the bedroom and a bathroom. Stairs lead to a good sized attic room which is currently used as a bedroom. Further benefits include the cottage garden to the front of the property.

Directions From Devizes proceed on the A360 Salisbury Road for approximately five miles, turning right on to the B3098 at West Lavington. After a further two miles arriving in the village of Erlestoke, the property will be on the right hand side in the entrance to Lower Road. Situation Erlestoke is an attractive old-world village comprising mainly older style houses and cottages with some later additions nestling under the Westbury hills and has a public house, Church, golf course and a cricket club.
