" An impressive and deceptively spacious detached house with a total of almost 7,000 sq ft. less than half a mile from Banstead High Street.

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors and is particularly adaptable. Of particular note is the very well fitted kitchen/breakfast room that opens onto a partially vaulted family sitting room. There is also a large media/cinema room and on the first floor a games room large enough for snooker table etc. The master suite is on the top floor and has a lovely dressing room and bathroom. To the rear is a detached home/office or studio that could easily be converted into staff accommodation (subject to planning).

Situation
Banstead High Street is less than half a mile away and offers a great selection of shopping facilities (including a Waitrose supermarket) and a selection of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. More extensive facilities can be found in Epsom, about 3.7 miles away.
Banstead station is about 1 mile away, Junction 8 of the M25 is about 6.5 miles and gives access to Gatwick about 15 miles and Heathrow about 32 miles.

DIRECTIONS:
At the roundabout at the eastern end of Banstead High Street turn left into Sutton Lane. Proceed straight across the next roundabout and at the left hand bend turn right, initially into Mellow Close but then sharp right again where you will see a lane leading to the property.
