Laid to lawn with a small rear summer house plus patio area and some fantastic views overlooking the Chipstead Valley. The master bedroom has outstanding views from the front of the house along with the single third bedroom. The second double bedroom has fitted cupboard space and overlooks the rear garden. Banstead High Street is full of excellent shops and restaurants with Waitrose the main hub for your local groceries.
