" LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This superb family home has many features to offer with the excellent location being just one. Situated in a very popular road in South Wallington, you will be ideally located for the sought after schools that Wallington is renowned for. Having been in the family for over 50 years it is easy to see when you walk through the door why they stayed here for so long. Firstly, there is the brilliant size lounge with double glazed bay window overlooking the wonderful green in front of the house. The perfect spot to watch the kids play on those lovely summer evenings. The dining area off of the lounge overlooks the garden and is great for entertaining. The kitchen is of a great size measuring over 15 ft long and could easily be turned into something fabulous thanks to the sheer amount of light and space on offer. Upstairs there are 3 excellent double bedrooms with the main bedroom having the added benefit of an en-suite shower room. The largest of the 3 bedrooms is located on the top floor and measures an impressive 16'7 x 12'6, there is also the potential to create an en-suite or dressing area out of the eaves storage subject to necessary planning consents. Outside, the rear garden is neat, tidy and well maintained. The detached garage has a remote controlled electric up and over door. Mum first bought this property 53 years ago now as she fell in love with the open outlook. She used to sit for hours looking out the lounge window over the green in front. She really liked the fact that it was on a corner plot as well as it gave her the privacy that a lot of the other houses didn't have. She'd always say how well built the house was and how unbelievably quiet the area was and it certainly made us feel better knowing that the close community and good neighbours kept an eye out for her.
It's now time for us to sadly sell this well cared for, much loved home, but we know the new owners will be just as happy here as mum was.
