This spacious home has it all, downstairs there is a through lounge/dining room which could be turned back into two separate rooms if you wanted it to be. The kitchen has a door onto the fantastic garden which is of a brilliant size and fully enclosed. Upstairs there are 3 decent bedrooms two of which have been redecorated and re-carpeted and a luxury bathroom which is beautifully tiled with walk in shower. Enjoying a soak in this bathroom will be a dream! If all this isn't enough, add to the list a garage, driveway and the proximity to Carshalton Beeches station and you have a pretty amazing buy!
The property is well located for some excellent schools, Barrow Hedges and Stanley Park to name a couple.

We moved here 4 years ago as we loved the location. The fact that it was so close to Barrow Hedges and Stanley Park schools and a short walk from Carshalton Beeches station just sold it for us. We moved in 5 days before Christmas and the neighbours were fantastic! They even had cards for us and presents for our girls! Their friendly approach has continued over the years and although they keep themselves to themselves, they always keep an eye out for us and take parcels in etc. We have done a lot here since we moved here including new windows , new bathroom, new boiler and radiators, new fences, insulated and boarded the loft. It is now time for us to move on to pastures new.
