" LOCATION! GREAT SIZE GARDEN!
Just two of the reasons that Vera & Danny bought this bungalow 15 years ago. Just one step inside & it's easy to see why they have stayed for so long.
They have really loved sitting in their L-shaped lounge/diner where they have often gazed out the beautiful leaded double glazed windows & watched the world go quietly by. They have had their lovely modern kitchen fitted with built in gas hob with stylish cooker hood over. The floor is tiled & there are two more leaded double glazed windows letting in all the light you could need. There are two bedrooms with a conservatory off of the main bedroom. The current owners had this fitted as it gave them the perfect hideaway to spend their days overlooking the good size, pretty rear garden. The gardens at this property are impressive & spacious. The gates at the front keep the property enclosed & there are shrubs, a pathway and a great sized driveway leading to the car port & rear garden. The size of the rear garden, being one of the main reasons for the current owners buying the property, has kept them busy over the years & they have thoroughly revelled in it's upkeep. Those out there with green fingers will relish the opportunity to create something pretty special with the space on offer. Finally, the location of this bungalow is also something to write home about. Being ideally situated for both Wallington & Carshalton towns & train stations, getting around from this property is effortless!

We bought this bungalow over 15 years ago now as we completely fell in love with the garden. We used to be keen gardeners and it was lovely to have so much space to potter around in. The fact that it is nice and flat has made it easy for us to appreciate it for many years without it being too difficult to maintain. Since living here, we have done everything to the property including a new kitchen and re-decorating. It is now time for us to down-size to something smaller as it is all too much for us to maintain now but we have truly loved living here and hope the new owners will too.
