Situated in a very sought after road, this house really does have to be seen to be believed as it really does have everything.
Firstly, there is a good size kitchen and great size lounge which overlooks the garden. There is also a downstairs wc. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with the master benefiting from an en-suite shower and there is a family bathroom and wc.
Outside the garden is well maintained and easy to continue to do so. It is also remarkably private. The current owners love sitting out on the patio and eating their breakfast in the morning listening to the birds in the trees.
There is also a garage and driveway meaning every box is ticked!
The location is superb with Carshalton village just a walk away and Carshalton Beeches train station within easy reach too. This really is an exceptional home that should be viewed early and the current owners have already secured an onward purchase so any prospective new owner can move quickly

We bought this house off plan in 1994 as we totally fell in love with the location. The fact that we could be so close to the village yet still tucked away in the peace and quiet made it ideal for us.
The garden was great for us too as it was manageable but very private. The house is a little too much for us to look after now so we are down-sizing and moving closer to our daughter which we are very much looking forward to.
