Situated along a pretty tree lined road only approx a few hundred meters from Carshalton Beeches station. The area is know for its Primary and Secondary Schools including Stanley Park High School, Wallington Grammar School for Boys, Wallington High School for Girls and Wilsons. There are local parks, bus routes and shops with the main shopping centres are Carshalton which is approx a third of a mile away and Wallington which is half a mile away approx.
