We bought this flat 4 years ago as we fell in love with the size of it. We were looking for something that we could easily rent out and with this property we have not been disappointed as we have always rented it easily. Due to the fact that both of the bedrooms are generous doubles, it is ideal for sharers and we have achieved £850 pcm consistently. The other huge bonus with this flat is how close it is to the station. Literally just a few minutes walk and you are on a fast train to London!
