This stunning apartment is set in a lovely location overlooking a picturesque pond & literally has everything to offer. Securely tucked away behind elegant high gates, it is easy to see why the current owners fell in love with this property. Firstly, there is a light & airy lounge with two Juliette balconies & laminate flooring. There is ample room for a dining table & chairs as well. The kitchen is open plan & is modern & fully fitted with integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Zanussi gas hob & electric oven. There are also some nice little touches including pelmet lighting & spotlights. The main bedroom is of a good size & comes complete with "his and hers" built in wardrobes, a Juliette balcony & a spacious en-suite shower room/wc. The second bedroom is also a double & has the benefit of a built in storage cupboard. The apartment also comes with your own allocated parking space as well as visitors parking. The other huge plus with this property is the location to the station. With just a short walk to Carshalton station you can be on the train to central London making that early morning commute not so necessarily early! We bought this apartment 4 years ago as we fell in love with the location and the feel of the place when we walked through the door. We loved the fact that there was nothing to do! The location was the biggest selling point for us though as the setting overlooking the pond was just ideal and we were still only a 5 minute walk to Carshalton station which would only take 23 minutes to get us into Central London. It was almost like having the best of both worlds! Now that we have a bigger family, it is now time for us to move onto something bigger but we hope the new owners will be just as happy here.
