" THE PROPERTY: One bedroom top floor apartment in our opinion being offered in excellent condition throughout having being lovingly updated by the current owner.As you enter via the hallway there is a well appointed kitchen, there is a double bedroom and living room with both rooms being served by the family bathroom.Westmoreland Drive is in a sought after South Sutton location and is walking distance to Sutton's local amenities including a vast array of shops, bars and restaurants with Sutton Station providing good links into the City and beyond.We have been unable to test the services and/or appliances at this property and cannot verify that they are in working order.
