Gander Green Lane is set in one of the most convenient residential locations that Sutton has to offer, being positioned close to Sutton and Cheam’s excellent local amenities with the house also boasting no onward chain. The property has been kept in our opinion, in excellent order having been recently updated by the current owner and offers spacious and versatile accommodation set over 2 floors. On the ground floor the layout is perfect for entertaining - with a comprehensively fitted kitchen and spacious living and dining room that has doors leading directly to the garden - excellent for the party to start in the house and spill onto the garden. Upstairs the house also doesn't disappoint, with 3 bedrooms and great outlooks from the windows with all the rooms being served by the family bathroom. To the front the property also boasts parking via the driveway all within a pleasant setting.

We had lived in Sutton for many years prior to us buying Gander Green Lane. We knew where the good roads were and where we wanted to live. So our property search was difficult as we only had a very select area in which we wanted.
When Gander Green Lane came up we just couldn't believe our luck! It was right in the area that we wanted to be but even better – close to schools and transport.
The house itself was perfect for me offering all the space that I needed so once we moved out, had absolutely no problem in finding a tenant.
