" A well appointed and recently refurbished end of terrace period cottage located within a private lane. The property is within a short walk of the village centre and the train station. The owners also have planning permission to extend the upstairs accommodation. In accordance with the Estate Agents Act 1979, we must inform you that a member of staff from Hamptons (or another Group company) has an interest in this property.

Situation
Camden Place is located within walking distance of the popular village of Bourne End and the River Thames. The village offers a selection of shops and services. For the commuter the M4 and M40 Motorways are easily accessible, via the Marlow bypass (A404), at Maidenhead and High Wycombe respectively. The railway station is within a short walk, which connects via Maidenhead to London Paddington. The village of Cookham is within a few minutesn++ drive, and a pleasant walk along the Thames towpath, the larger Thames Riverside town of Marlow is also nearby.
