" Well appointed, bay fronted semi detached home within Marlow town centre, overlooking Riley Park. The property has two reception rooms and the added advantage of two off street parking spaces to the rear of the property, a real bonus for a property so close to the High Street.

Situation
The house is situated within the central Marlow area, allowing ease of access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, the railway station and further local amenities including Higginson Park and Thames side walks. There are well regarded primary schools and Sir William Borlase's Grammar School within walking distance. The property overlooks Riley Park to the front.

Outside
A wrought iron gate provides access to the front of the property with paved path leading to the front door.
