Parts of the property date back to the 1590s and there is a wealth of charm and period features throughout. The house has elevated views and gardens to the front with a detached double garage.

Situation
Marlow's schools are well regarded and this property is a short walk from the Spinfield Primary School, as well as being within a convenient walk of its vibrant High Street with wide selection of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. The river Thames and river meadows offer delightful walks with the Chiltern hills close by for the more hardy walkers and those with equine interests. The local railway station links at Maidenhead to the Paddington line or High Wycombe has a direct line to Marylebone. The motorway network is accessible by the A404 bypass with M4 & M40 for the City, west and Midlands.
