" A unique and individual semi detached timber frame home within a semi rural location on the northern outskirts of Marlow. The property offers open plan living and a spacious outside entertaining area on the covered veranda.

Situation
Surrounded by the spectacular Chiltern countryside, with superb walks, and outdoor facilities, with the desirable Thameside town of Marlow just 3 miles away, offering an array of boutiques, restaurants and bars. There are excellent state and private schools in the area, including local primary schooling in the village of Frieth around one mile away and Sir William Borlase Grammar School in Marlow. Rail links to Paddington from Marlow or Marylebone from High Wycombe with the M4 and M40 motorways accessible via the Marlow Bypass.

Outside
To the front of the property is hard standing for off street parking for several vehicles. The front garden area has picket fencing to the front and a hedge. There is an area of lawn.
