" A well appointed character detached family home built in the 1920s within a level walk of the High Street, including spacious accommodation on the ground floor and driveway parking. The current owners have refurbished and extended the property to create a great family home.

Situation
Dedmere Road is within a half mile level walk of Marlow High Street with its wide range of boutique shopping, restaurants and bars and further amenities including Higginson Park by the River Thames. The railway station is a short walk from the house with links through Maidenhead to London Paddington. The A404 Marlow Bypass provides further links to the M40 and M4 motorway networks.

Outside
To the front of the house is a block paved driveway providing off road parking, there is a low wall to the front with additional planted borders. There is side access to the rear garden which can also be accessed from the French doors from the sitting room and dining room. The enclosed rear garden is well maintained with an initial patio terrace leading to the lawn are beyond.
