" A well appointed modern two bedroom apartment located within a level half mile walk of Marlow High Street and the train station. The property was completed in 2012 by Michael Shanly Homes and is offered to the market with no onward chain. Carlton Place is a gated development and the apartment is located on the first floor. Situation
Set in the heart of the vibrant town and on a level walk of the varied amenities, the river is within easy reach along with railway station for access to Paddington via Maidenhead. Marlow offers a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants for all tastes and budgets. The motorway network is also close at hand via the A404 bypass for the M40 or M4. Heathrow Airport is some 22 miles drive.
