" A five bedroom executive family home located in this highly sought after residential road within Charters school catchment.

Upon entry to the spacious hallway is the double aspect sitting room with feature fireplace. Situation
Located in a sought after residential road in Sunninghill village, with its local amenities whilst the towns of Ascot and Sunningdale are equidistant, providing further restaurants and bars with Waitrose and two mainline stations (Waterloo 45/50 minutes).

DIRECTIONS: From our office in Sunningdale, proceed down the A30 towards Windlesham, proceed over the train crossing and after approximately one mile turn right signposted to Ascot into Devenish Road. After about 1.2 miles turn right into St Marys Hill and take the second left into Woodend Drive. Number 39 will be found shortly along on the right hand side before the turning to The Glade.
