" A modern family home offering accommodation over three floors with 2,788sqft. The property is ideally situated within a small gated development and backs on to the golf course with a South East facing garden.

Upon entry to the spacious hallway is a living room with gas fireplace, a separate dining room and a good sized kitchen/breakfast/family room all rooms have the benefit of bi-fold doors to the garden. Travel time by rail to Waterloo from Ascot station is around 54 minutes and Ascot is conveniently situated between the M3 and M4 motorways, as well as being in close proximity to Heathrow and Gatwick airports. There are bus routes on Fernbank Road to Windsor, Ascot and Bracknell town centres and the Green Line bus to London Victoria. Sports and leisure pursuits are well catered for locally. Schools are well catered for, being within Charters School catchment with a high standard of education at all levels and many highly regarded schools are to be found within a reasonable travel time from the house including LVS.

DIRECTIONS: From the Heatherwood Hospital roundabout, at the top of Ascot High Street, take the second exit onto the London Road, towards Bracknell. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right into Priory Road and at the sharp right hand bend, which becomes Locks Ride, the property will be found after the turning to Chavey Down Road, on the righthand.

Alderson Court is a select development with electric gates. Number 3 is located towards the back on the right hand side and is accessed via a block paved driveway with access to the single garage.
