" A modern family home with accommodation over three floors with a detached double garage and driveway parking. The property offers 3228 sqft of space and is within 0.3 miles of Sunningdale village centre.

Newmans Place is tucked away in a small cul-de-sac just off the village centre. Upon entry to the spacious hallway are doors leading to the dining room, study, cloakroom and sitting room with doors to the garden. Through to the spacious kitchen/breakfast/family room, which then opens up to a conservatory leading to the garden. There is a separate utility room with side access to the outside.
