" A charming three bedroom cottage, with accommodation over three floors, conveniently situated overlooking a green, in the heart of the village of Old Windsor.

With contemporary styling throughout, ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan sitting and dining room, features including an exposed brick working fireplace, wooden flooring and built in alcove storage. This in turn leads to a superbly appointed kitchen with wooden units, slate worksurfaces, integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and underfloor heating. The kitchen provides access to a ground floor cloakroom and the rear garden.

The first floor houses two bedrooms with the master benefitting from floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and bedroom 3 overlooking the green. A recently refitted bathroom includes underfloor heating, limestone tiling, sink bowl and bath with inset shower.

Situation
Burfield Road is conveniently situated for access to local shopping catering for day to day needs and has Windsor and Staines approximately two miles and four miles away respectively.
