" An attractive three bedroom semi-detached cottage situated in the heart of Fulmer village.
Accommodation includes two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a family bathroom, a downstairs shower room, a living room, a study and a large open plan kitchen/dining room. The present owners have maximised the space in the master bedroom and study downstairs by removing the chimney stack. Having the oil fired heating and tank removed, the property also has been modernised with mains gas connection supporting a new gas boiler and rangemaster.
Allhusen Gardens is ideally located in the middle of the village, close to the Ofsted Outstanding Fulmer Infant school. Fulmer is within the catchment area for the Gerrards Cross C of E School and for secondary schools, for the Buckinghamshire Grammar schools. On street parking.

Situation
The property enjoys a splendid location in the centre of Fulmer village (often described as one of the prettiest villages in South Buckinghamshire). Fulmer has its own cricket team and a sought after village pub The Black Horse. There are many beautiful walks and bridle paths in the area including those in nearby Black Park, Denham Country Park, Burnham Beeches, Langley Park and Windsor. The nearby town of Gerrards Cross, with good day to day shopping facilities, is approximately 2-3 miles distant, with a fabulous commuter rail service to London Marylebone taking approximately 18* minutes (* fast service).
