" A four bedroom family home built by Berkley Homes in 1996 set in approximately 16 acres of private parkland, orchard, woods and tennis court for the sole use of the Kemsley Chase owners. The property has been modernised by the present owners to create fantastic open plan living.

The accommodation comprises of entrance hallway with cloak cupboard, a cloakroom and a courtesy door leading to an integral garage. The open plan sitting room and kitchen has double doors leading to the rear garden. A feature fireplace provides a focal point for the sitting room. The kitchen area provides a range of floor units and integrated appliances and a central island provides additional storage and workspace. There is one wall of floor to ceiling storage units.

Stairs to the first floor. The master bedroom benefits from built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The three further bedrooms are served by the family bathroom.

There is potential for the loft and internal garage to be converted for additional living space subject to the usual planning consents and regulations.

Situation
The property is approximately 1 mile from the popular village centre of Farnham Common, which offers good day to day shopping facilities, excellent nursery, private and state schools and sporting facilities. Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield, Windsor and High Wycombe all offer a wide range of premium shopping amenities. Farnham Royal is situated in an area of outstanding beauty with the historic Burnham Beeches, Cliveden Estate, Cookham and Windsor Great Park all within easy reach. The larger centres of Slough and Windsor are also 3-4 miles distance.   There are rail connections to London Paddington from Slough & Burnham and also from Gerrards Cross & Beaconsfield to London Marylebone (fastest train approximately 23 minutes).   Crossrail will also be operating from Slough to central London as from approximately 2018.   The motorway network is accessed at Junction 6 of the M4 or at Junction 2 of the M40 linking to the M25, M1 and Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
