" A very well presented detached family home in a superb south Wilmslow location which is set back from the road and within walking distance of Wilmslow town centre, local schools and amenities.

The spacious and well laid out accommodation in brief comprises dining hall, sitting room with French doors to rear garden, modern kitchen and utility room. To the first floor are three bedrooms, re-fitted family bathroom and separate wc. To the second floor there is a further bedroom and shower room with wc and plenty of eaves storage. Externally the light and bright gardens are maintained to a high standard with front garden laid mainly to lawn and a private, enclosed rear garden with an Indian slate patio area, lawn and mature shrub borders.

A shared driveway with joint maintenance leads to a single garage with electric points and off-road parking. This family home has been lovingly finished by the current owners and an early viewing is recommended.

Knutsford Road is a highly sought after location and is characterised by a mixture of detached and semi detached properties of various eras and close to Wilmslow and Alderley Edge centres with their excellent range of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars.
