For peace of mind, there is a secure door entry system, an Estate Manager on site and 24-hour emergency call system provided via a personal pendant alarm and with call points in all rooms.

The apartment has an entrance hallway, living room come dining room with a juliet balcony with views over the rear gardens, integrated kitchen, double bedroom with two double fitted wardrobes and dressing table, spacious bathroom with walk in shower, along with a good sized storage room.

Entrance Hall - Front door with spy hole leads to the large entrance hall. The 24-hour Tunstall emergency response pull cord system is situated in here.
