" This lovely home has been extended to the ground floor to enlarge the kitchen, which was refitted a few years ago along with the bathroom. Outside are well kept gardens complete with an Indian stone patio. To the side of the house there is adequate room to extend being some 15 feet from the boundary fence. Davies Avenue lies off Bolshaw Road within a mile of the village where excellent day to day facilities can be found. Bolshaw Primary school is just around the corner on Cross Road. Within three miles are both the M56/60 motorways, Manchester International Airport and the super stores on the A34 bypass. Heald Green lies some nine miles south of Manchester City Centre in a much sought after commuter belt. Of special note is the Bypass extension now under construction which is due to open by the end of 2018. This will be accessed on the A34 roughly a third of a mile away. An early viewing is ' highly' recommended on this well presented home.
