" Lying off Queensway, on a tree lined road this three bedroom property is available with No Onward Chain. The accommodation on offer is as follows, covered porch, entrance hall, lounge into dining room, 22' 5 in length, kitchen 16' 11 in length with door to attached garage. First Floor, landing, three bedrooms, bathroom and WC, complete with shower over bath. Outside are gardens to the front, with a double width driveway and enclosed gardens to the rear, all of which have been cared for over many years. The property lies in a convenient position, for Heald Green village where excellent day to day shopping can be found along with Heald Green Station, Manchester Piccadilly approximately 25 minutes. Within four miles are both the M56/60 motorways, Manchester International Airport and the superstores on the A34 bypass. Although as mentioned, some updating is required, it does have a modern white bathroom suite and we are advised that the property has been rewired a few years ago.
