" Located on the outskirts of the quaint village of Hartington, this charming country cottage is nestled in the heart of the Peak District with a pretty, low maintenance rock garden. This two bedroom semi detached cottage comprises lounge, kitchen diner, utility room and benefits from double glazing throughout. It's central location means that the property is near to the towns of Ashbourne, Leek, Bakewell and Buxton. Viewing is strongly advised to appreciate the location this property offers.

Situation The property is located just outside the picturesque village of Hartington which boasts many local amenities including a school, church, public houses, shops and a doctors surgery. Its situation means it is within easy walking distance to the centre whilst on the doorstep to a variety of footpaths and walking routes. Directions From our Leek office take the A523 Ashbourne Road and stay on this road approximately 4.5 miles through Bradnop and onto Bottomhouse. At Bottomhouse crossroads take the left hand turn towards Onecote and Warslow. Travel through Warslow and then take the right hand turn B5054 to Hartington. When in Hartington continue through the centre of the village past the Devonshire Arms on the right and also the School on the right.
