Offering more than the average, this house is definitely a cut above the rest.... The front extension has transformed this home into one that really suits modern day family.
The location of this property is great, the fact that its on a Crescent means that there is very little through traffic, yet it is still close to good local primary and secondary schools and local amenities. If you know Carrbrook, you will know that the views can be spectacular, and the views from this house, particularly the Master bedroom, won't disappoint. With open countryside right on your doorstep, its the perfect place to get out for a brisk Sunday morning ramble, or if you're looking for something to do with the children, why not take a trip to Duck Island, and see how many ducks you can see?Entering into this house, the hallway in itself is a great space, at the entrance there is room to hang coats and then on your left is the downstairs WC.
